Sarah Lim
Senior Speech Therapist
Sarah is a fully registered Speech and Language Therapist and is certified as a clinical supervisor with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) in Singapore. She graduated from Flinders University in South Australia with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology.
Sarah began her career as a Speech and Language Therapist in an early intervention center within a social service organization. Since then, she has continuously built on her experience working with children with various developmental, medical, and genetic conditions in the areas of speech, language, social communication, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and feeding.
Over the course of her career, Sarah has developed a strong clinical interest in working with infants and young children with early language, feeding, and swallowing difficulties. She actively engages in continuous professional development in these areas and tailors her therapy approaches to each child and family she works with. In her therapy sessions, she enjoys incorporating routines and play to help children achieve their goals, believing that children learn best when they have fun in natural, everyday experiences.
Sarah believes that parents and caregivers are the best advocates for their children. She actively involves families in therapy, supporting and empowering them throughout their child’s journey to achieving goals beyond the clinic—at home, in school, and within the community.
